To produce this quantity, fresh cream from 40,000 cows and 1,500 farms is needed to produce 275 million litres of milk a year. The brands name comes from The Bailey Pub in Duke Street, Dublin. Cream makes up half of every bottle. Other ingredients include whiskey, vanilla, cocoa and sugar. Best served cold over ice.
